Boat Substitution
“Levo Yachting” reserves the right to operate the cruise with another gulet, provided it meets the same or higher standards. Guests who are offered an alternative cruise program or vessel of comparable quality are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
The charter agreement becomes valid once both parties sign and the initial down payment is received by “Levo Yachting”. If the Charterer wishes to cancel the charter, cancellation will be effective upon written notice “Levo Yachting”, and cancellation policies will apply. The Owners will make every effort to re-charter the yacht. If successfully re-chartered, the Charterer will receive a full refund. Should the Charterer wish to change dates, and the new dates are available, the full amount paid can be transferred to the new booking, provided it applies to the same yacht and within the same year. Any price increase due to the date change will be covered by the Charterer. “Levo Yachting” highly recommends that Charterers purchase travel, health, and cancellation insurance to protect against any potential losses.
Complaints
If any issue arises during your tour, please inform the captain immediately so he can contact “Levo Yachting” to address the matter promptly. Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing directly to “Levo Yachting” within 21 days of the tour’s conclusion. Complaints received after this 21-day period will not be acknowledged. We highly value your feedback and suggestions, as they help us improve our services and enhance the overall experience for future guests.
Cruise Interruption
“Levo Yachting” reserves the right to cancel or interrupt any cruise due to force majeure at any time. In the event of mechanical failure, fire, or similar issues that render the yacht unusable, the following applies:
- If the interruption lasts between 12 and 48 consecutive hours, the CHARTERER will receive a refund for that period on a pro-rata basis.
- If the interruption lasts between 12 and 48 consecutive hours, the CHARTERER will receive a refund for that period on a pro-rata basis.
- In case of total loss or damages requiring repairs beyond the entire charter period, the CHARTERER will be fully refunded. No further claims will be entertained.
Deposit And Payments

Insurance
Your charter agreement will outline the insurance provisions. The yacht is insured by the owner for the duration of your charter. Responsibilities
“Levo Yachting” is committed to organizing all arrangements for services and itineraries. However, our liability and responsibility are limited to the yacht itself; any arrangements made by or for passengers, whether prior to boarding or upon disembarking, are at the passengers’ own risk. As an added service, “Levo Yachting” may offer land excursions or arrange other services operated by independent contractors, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or death that may arise from these activities.

Visa Requirements
Most travelers will need a visa to enter Turkey. We recommend checking the visa requirements with your local Turkish Embassy or Consulate before your journey. You can also find helpful information at www.evisa.gov.tr/en
The Use Of Airconditioning
Air conditioning usage varies from yacht to yacht. Some yachts offer 24/7 air conditioning, while others may have restrictions, such as turning it off at midnight. Since the generators that power the A/C, freezers, and fridges can create noise, there are limitations on their use in ports, as they may disturb neighboring boats at night. If you request air conditioning overnight, it may or may not be possible, depending on your location. A/C is often available when anchored in quieter bays. Please discuss your needs with the captain to make suitable arrangements based on your agreement for the number of hours of A/C use.
